ok this morning zwee and i were going through my facebook profile and then i saw my blog link attached to my profile lol. seems like a good time for me to be here especially with so many events happening
so we got married early Jan (and Feb) this year before the entire world went crazy with covid. yeah lucky us! but as much as i hope and assumed covid hasn't affected our lives as badly as others, it did impact myself quite abit? no one will be reading this anyways, so let me confess that my mental health ain't that good atm- i'm always anxious, scared, nervous and always over-thinking. basically i'm lost lol
i'm scrambling to find my own safe zone now because my safest zone at home has been taken over (unwillingly). i felt an intrusion to my privacy and i've given up because what can i do? other than feeling emotional about it every now and then, i've decided to find my new home with zwee. but a home needs to be built and it'll take us awhile. hence it will take me awhile before i settle down but i'll try!
nurturing my mental health also isn't that easy atm because body is going through heaps of changes now that restricts me from doing many stuff. but absolutely blessed to be going through this and i'm sure everything will be better after this. i wish i have my girlfriends with me physically for some support but thank god for technology.
also worrying about job security because anything can happen with current economic situation. but again this is something that every person in the world is going through now so i have to be blessed that it's not on our top list of things to worry right now.
counting our blessings in many ways. other than the issues mentioned above, life is going well for us. at least in auckland we don't have to wear face masks and we're free to go around without restrictions.
as much as i wish i'm home to take care and be with family atm, it is what it is and i will pray for the safety and wellbeing of all loved ones at home. i wish nothing but the best for each one of them.
